Since I was a teenager Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder had taken control over my life. (PMMD) I have missed out on many great opportunities in my life to have peace, fulfillment and joy. I lived in fear according to a monthly schedule not knowing what the next episode would bring. As I got older I become an Introvert because I didn’t trust myself around people due to my hormones and I did not have control over my emotions around the time of my menstrual cycle. I’ve missed baby showers, wedding and birthday parties, I even lost hope in ever finding love.
The worst thing is to have a disorder that takes completely control over your life and there is absolutely nothing to do about it. I’ve searched for answers all over social media, hoping there is at least one woman who says she overcame her condition. I needed hope. After searching, I began to gain compassion as I watched videos of women who were suffering, then I started to question God about my condition. Why would God permit something that makes me evil? Why would God want me to suffer? As I begn to dwell in his present, I got into his word, and learned a shocking discovery
Luke 10:19 “I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you”
Wait. I have authority over PMDD?
What does this mean? Well what if I told you that the reason why natural resources does not work on PMDD, because it’s a Spiritual matter. Think about it, why does a disorder makes you evil and do bad things? As I began to search in God’s word, I even gotten me a mentor who taught me about deliverance and I started to grow my relationship with GOD. And I am here to let you know that there is hope, and you can live a fulfilled life. I am here to let you know that I have overcame PMDD.
